A gourmet take on a classic — sea bream combined with juicy cherry tomatoes, capers, and black olives for a bold and balanced flavor. Ingredients

  • Cherry Tomato (37.40%)

  • Sea Bream (36%)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Black Olive (5.41%)

  • Parsley

  • Capers

  • Garlic

  • Salt

  • Black Pepper

Cooking Techniques
* Make sure the fish is fully cooked before consuming.

Oven

Remove the protective film from the dish. Bake frozen in a preheated oven at 190°C for 22 minutes. Microwave

Remove the protective film and cook frozen at 800W for 7 minutes. Pan

Place the product in the pan and add half a glass of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then, open the lid and stir for another 3 minutes.
