Mediterranean comfort in one plate: flaky sea bass cooked with a rich, artisanal tomato sauce and colourful vegetables. Simple, nutritious, and ideal for those days when you want to eat healthy without overthinking it.

Ingredients

  • Sea Bass (34%)

  • Tomato

  • Green Pepper (10.04%)

  • Potato (8.20%)

  • Carrot (6.56%)

  • Zucchini (6.56%)

  • Red California Pepper (4.67%)

  • Butter

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • Garlic

  • Basil

  •  Salt

Cooking Techniques
* Make sure the fish is fully cooked before consuming.

Oven

Remove the protective film from the dish. Bake frozen in a preheated oven at 190°C for 22 minutes.


Microwave

Remove the protective film and cook frozen at 800W for 7 minutes.


Pan

Place the product in the pan and add half a glass of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then, open the lid and stir for another 3 minutes.
