* Make sure the fish is fully cooked before consuming.
Oven
Remove the protective film from the dish. Bake frozen in a preheated oven at 190°C for 22 minutes.
Microwave
Remove the protective film and cook frozen at 800W for 7 minutes.
Pan
Place the product in the pan and add half a glass of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Then, open the lid and stir for another 3 minutes.
